As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively initiate outbound calls to leads to create sales opportunities through understanding customer needs.
  2. Ensure prompt responses to all customer inquiries; from the web, phone, email, and chat.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and find solutions to customer problems.
  4. Timely preparation of quotes.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular calls.
  6. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Confident communicator by phone and email.
  3. Excellent attention to detail.
  4. Good time management.
