About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business and managing existing accounts in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the East Midlands region.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improving customer relationships.
  • Assist in the development of the future sales strategy, working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage tender processes for potential new customers, ensuring that Veolia's proposals are competitive and meet customer needs.
  • Communicate and implement cost increases to customers, ensuring that they are aware of and understand the changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal coordinators, ensuring that Veolia's services meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the waste industry.
  • A full and clean driving license.
  • A-Level in Chemistry (or science-based subject) is desirable.
