Business Development Lead

We are Foxmere, a thriving business on the rise. We're looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team.
Job OverviewThis role will involve maintaining and growing a portfolio of repeat customers.
Duties and Responsibilities- Proactively initiate outbound phone calls to leads to create sales opportunities through understanding customer needs.
- Ensure a prompt response to all inbound customer enquiries from various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems effectively.
- Prepare and send timely quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular calls.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet assigned sales targets.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills by phone and email.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management.
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
