To support our mission, we're seeking a CRM Executive to oversee the day-to-day operation of Avant Arte's CRM and email marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in blending systematic CRM processes with creative strategies tailored to specific artist campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in both technical and creative aspects of CRM, combining analytical skills with commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Campaigns: Develop and execute business-as-usual marketing emails for the majority of our releases, ensuring seamless communication with collectors.
  • Automated Workflows: Design and manage automated workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • SMS Campaigns: Implement SMS campaigns to support release marketing efforts, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and refine campaign elements, including sequencing, content, and audience segmentation, to maximize effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM marketing (1+ year)
  • Hands-on expertise with a CRM marketing tool
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Demonstrable ability to craft compelling copy for email campaigns
