**Job Description**

We are currently recruiting for a Global Integrated Compensation Specialist to join our client's team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive global compensation package that supports the company's business objectives.

As a key member of the Global Reward team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate compensation strategies and policies. Your expertise in compensation and benefits will enable you to provide guidance and support to regional reward teams to ensure consistent application of policies and practices worldwide.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically. Strong influencing and communication skills are also essential to engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain accurate compensation data and analysis
  • Design and implement global compensation programs and policies
  • Provide technical advice and support to regional reward teams

The salary for this position is expected to be around £75,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
