Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Amco Services International. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the sale of our products, services, and offerings to new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high-quality customer service and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Commercial Process Management: Manage multiple commercial processes, including budgeting, contract renegotiation, and KPI measurement, to ensure a positive commercial outcome for both Amco and our customers.
  • Industry Expertise: Possess a proven track record of B2B sales and business development in the logistics industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our sales processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and data interpretation.
