Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our new care home in Norfolk.
This is an exceptional care provider with a large portfolio of care homes offering nursing, residential, dementia care, and more.
To be considered, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As Home Manager, you will work closely with the Clinical Lead and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality individual service and care meets standards.
Previous experience in managing a nursing home is essential, along with a good working knowledge of CQC standards and a proven record of achieving Outstanding ratings.
A proven track record of marketing and business skills in the private care sector is also required.
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum, along with a contributory pension scheme, enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays, and comprehensive induction and training.
