Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This Deputy Manager role is in a beautiful care home in Norfolk and comes with a competitive salary of £55,000, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits.

This Deputy Manager role is in one of the best-regarded care homes in the area, offering the highest standard of residential and nursing care. You will be joining a highly trained and compassionate team that has your personal and professional development at heart.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on a fully supernumerary basis, supporting the Home Manager with all aspects of running the home
  • Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, local authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
  • Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
  • Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home

To apply for this position, you will need to be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin. You will also have prior experience in a leadership role within a care home.
