A new opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Care Home Manager to work in a care home based in the UK. The successful candidate will be working for a leading healthcare provider.

This care home offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, and respite care to give family or friends a break.

To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.

As the Deputy Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring the team to deliver special experiences to residents, promoting choice and independence.
  • Achieving the highest possible standards of care and enhancing the resident experience.
  • Working with the Home Manager to implement care home policies and develop an excellent reputation.
  • Developing personal contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors to enhance their quality of life.
  • Deputising in the overall management of the care home, including producing reports, budgets, and Quality of Life monitoring.
  • Taking responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others.
  • Ensuring team members attend training days and courses to maintain learning records and individual development.

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role working through day shifts only.
