Job Title: Care Home Manager Position

Job Summary:
Merco Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead the daily operations of our care home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring top-quality care for our residents, maintaining compliance with CQC standards, and overseeing the home's budget and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering person-centred care.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent care quality.
• Oversee the home's budget, meet financial targets, and maintain full occupancy.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the home's performance and ensure a safe environment.

Requirements:
• Experience managing a nursing or residential home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
• Proven track record in marketing and running a successful care home.
• Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.
