- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and document business processes and requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Demonstrable knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, tools, and approaches.
- Familiarity with finance ERP systems, such as SAP, Elite 3E, or Oracle.
