Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Support Officer at High Life Highland, your key responsibilities will include:

  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including staff information, absence returns, and leave recording.
  3. Coordinating meetings, including venue booking, catering, agenda preparation, and minute-taking as needed.
  4. Overseeing financial administration, including sourcing, ordering, and processing invoices using our financial systems.
  5. Contributing to marketing and recruitment activities by updating and monitoring web information quality and standards.
