Housing Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Housing Support Professional to join our team in providing person-centred support to individuals living in supported accommodation.

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week">
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm">

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Develop and implement individualised support plans with service users, promoting their independence and well-being.">
  3. Deliver emotional and life skills-based support, assisting clients with daily tasks and activities.">
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews of support plans with clients.">
  5. Enforce tenancy conditions in accordance with procedures, including low-level anti-social behaviour and rent arrears.">
  6. Provide specialist knowledge and guidance on budgeting and financial management.">
  7. Carry out regular estate inspections to ensure a safe and healthy environment.">
  8. Offer advice and assistance to tenants regarding benefit entitlements and other support services.">
  9. Collaborate with clients to resolve issues related to their tenancies.">

Essential Requirements:

  • ">
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate from within the last three years or the willingness to obtain one.">
  • Previous experience supporting vulnerable individuals in a supportive setting.">
  • Experience working with people who have complex needs.">
  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.">

The estimated salary for this role is £28,750 per annum, depending on experience.
