An exciting temporary position has arisen for a skilled Social Care Worker to provide support to homeless individuals in Breckland and South Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote independence among homeless clients residing in supported accommodation.
- Deliver comprehensive emotional and life skills support to service users.
- Develop and implement support plans and risk assessments tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain tenancy conditions by addressing low-level anti-social behavior and rent arrears.
- Offer expert guidance on rent management, assisting tenants with budgeting.
- Conduct regular estate inspections to ensure optimal living conditions.
- Provide valuable insights and resources to tenants regarding their benefits and tenancies.
Requirements:
- A valid Enhanced DBS certificate or commitment to obtaining one.
- Substantial experience in supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Proven ability to work effectively with complex cases.
- A current full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
This role offers a competitive annual salary of £28,250, commensurate with experience.
