BMS Performance offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a graduate to launch their sales career.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with C-suite executives in the UK market.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, resilience, and a drive to succeed. They will also have a desire to start a career in sales and business development, and be willing to learn and develop new skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with health and safety professionals, and pursuing potential customers via phone, email, and social media.

They will also assist senior sales colleagues and learn from them, while consistently meeting or exceeding targets and contributing insights and opinions to sales leadership.

In return, BMS Performance offers a competitive salary of £25,000 base salary with an OTE of £37,000 (uncapped), regular incentives, and unlimited annual leave.
