About the Role

As a key member of our Endress+Hauser Group team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and leading our Liquid Analytical Solutions team.

This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing business strategies to promote application-focused solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, and delivering sales growth through effective sales funnel management.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Develop Business Strategies: Define clear scopes, target markets, and industry segments to align with company goals.
  • Foster Collaborative Work Environment: Ensure synergy across departments by planning internal and external events, creating case studies, and supporting other teams and customers.
  • Analyse Data and Drive Decision Making: Provide valuable insights to inform business decisions and support Solutions Business Managers and the Solutions Development Manager in data analysis and interpretation.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package (£50,000 – £70,000 OTE + Bonus + Car + Training and Development) and comprehensive benefits, including flexible working arrangements, access to training facilities, and a pension scheme.
