This role offers the opportunity to work with a fast-growing family office based in Manchester, supporting the executive team in delivering business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute company strategy, set goals, and track performance.
  2. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Oversee internal and external communication, manage key relationships, and ensure clear reporting.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Improve cross-departmental workflows, identify bottlenecks, and ensure the execution of high-priority projects.
  4. Portfolio Management: Support the management of £50m private equity, property, and bridging portfolios.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in management, finance, private equity, or project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of investment principles, including IRR.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Salary: £140,000 per annum
