Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits packages and opportunities for career growth within our innovative company.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, with a track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
