We are seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to join our team at Amica Care Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality activities programmes that enhance the wellbeing of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering activities programmes that meet the needs and interests of our residents
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of activities services
- Maintaining accurate records of activities completed and resident engagement
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Experience of working with older adults or people with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
