We are looking for a skilled Activities Programme Manager to lead our activities team at The Agincare Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging activities and events that promote social interaction and well-being among our residents. You will also be responsible for managing our activities budget and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging activities and events that promote social interaction and well-being among residents
  • Manage the activities budget and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families

Requirements
  • A minimum of 24 months on your right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in activities/events roles or social care experience (desired but not essential)
  • Availability to work alternate weekends and full-time hours (36 hours per week)
