Job Summary

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead and manage a team of professionals providing high-quality residential services to young people and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality residential services
  • Operate and manage an OFSTED regulated Children’s Home
  • Maintain the highest standards of emotional, social and physical care
Requirements
  • Proven management experience within young people’s residential services
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work or related field (or commence within 3 months)
  • Comprehensive understanding of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
