Strategic HR Advisor

Concept Resourcing are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across the UK and Ireland. As an HR Advisor, you will ensure compliance with employment law and support managers and employees in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Advice and Support: Offer expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead Recruitment Activities: Manage the recruitment process from drafting job descriptions to managing the offer process.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with UK and Irish employment laws and adjust policies as needed.
- Manage Employee Relations Cases: Investigate and advise on actions related to employee relations.
- Support Performance and Development: Assist with performance and development processes and HR initiatives.
- Maintain Employee Records: Keep accurate employee records in line with GDPR.
About You:
- HR Experience: You must have experience in an HR Advisor/Generalist role, ideally in a multi-site or international environment.
- Employment Law Knowledge: Strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment laws.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Proactive, flexible, with high attention to detail.
- CIPD Level: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
