Executive Front Office Lead

Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Front Office Lead to join our team at The Royal Horseguards. As a key member of the hotel’s management team, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office department and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
About You
- You have excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering results through your people.
- You are passionate about delivering world-class guest service and take pride in being a role model for your team.
- You have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and are knowledgeable about current trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
The Ideal Candidate
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- You hold a relevant qualification, such as a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
