**Job Title:** Clinical Lead for Children and Family Services
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical lead to join our team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, support, and management of children's health services in County Durham.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and management of children's health teams.
- Develop and implement strategies for excellence in clinical practice.
- Support staff to develop and strengthen their practice by innovation.
- Implement practice and service improvement initiatives.
- Provide highly specialised advice on child health and wellbeing.
**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse with experience in children's health services.
- Nursing experience and training at an appropriate specialist level.
- Experienced leader in the provision of health services to children and families.
- Sound knowledge of child safeguarding and wellbeing practices.
- Up-to-date knowledge of national policy and strategy for children's health.
