About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development professional to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing high-velocity business relationships with Microsoft SMC Segment and strategic resellers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with Microsoft SMC Operating Units and field sales teams to drive joint revenue growth and acquire new customers.
  • Developing Pipelines: Collaborate with Microsoft SMC and Channel Corporate teams to build a joint pipeline.
  • Executing Strategies: Leverage existing relationships to create and execute new go-to-market strategies.
  • Driving Sales Success: Develop measurable business plans, conduct QBRs with stakeholders, and drive sales success.
  • Joint Initiatives: Partner with BlueVoyant sales and marketing teams to support joint initiatives with assigned partners.
  • Reporting and Presenting: Prepare and present partnership status updates and sales results to executives and stakeholders.
  • Prospecting: Engage with new customer bases.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in prospecting new customer bases and understanding Microsoft's business and SMC Segment.
  • Background: Recent experience as a Microsoft seller or in a partner co-sell role with Microsoft.
  • Industry Experience: 4+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Cybersecurity Sales.
  • Channel Support: Experience in enabling and growing channel partner sales teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MDR platforms, SIEM, 3rd Party Risk, Threat Intelligence, Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and M365 security solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Hybrid in UK (Leeds or London), 3 days per week in Client office or Leeds/London based on location.
