We're seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to join our team as a Global Cybersecurity Engagement Director. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients, strengthen their confidence in our cybersecurity program, and come to agreement on cybersecurity-related commitments.

You'll partner with senior leaders to enable informed risk decisions, provide relevant content necessary to formulate a prioritized path forward, and ensure cybersecurity practices are built into business unit management of third-party relationships. You'll work closely with global cybersecurity to integrate newly acquired systems, applications, and staff into our established cybersecurity operations and controls framework.

We're looking for someone with at least 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including 6+ years in financial services. A bachelor's degree in business administration, information assurance, or a related technical field is required. CISSP or CISM certification is also required. The successful candidate must demonstrate strategic and tactical thinking, along with decision-making skills and business acumen.
