Job Summary

As a Customer Service Team Lead at Dunelm, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer experience in our stores. Working closely with your Deputy and Store Manager, you will take ownership of store standards and visual aspects, driving sales and growth through effective merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and growth through effective merchandising and store standard initiatives
  • Work closely with Deputy and Store Manager to ensure store standards are met
  • Responsible for visual aspects of store, including displays and window displays

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.49 rising to £13.00 per hour
  • Starting salary equivalent of £22,731 rising to £23,660 per year, plus overtime
