Key Responsibilities:


     As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure the area of the business meets customer demands.


     Your key responsibilities will include promoting a culture of safety and well-being, analysing and implementing corrective actions to improve quality and productivity, and supporting and leading a team.


     You will also be responsible for analysing performance and suggesting process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service, collaborating with other managers to standardise shift processes, and working with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets.


A Day in the Life:


     As a key part of the operations team, you will work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we stay on track to meet customer demands and targets.


     You will spend your days prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, as well as working on individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.


Key Qualifications:


     We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree, advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language, and relevant experience in performing data analysis.


     Additionally, previous experience in a logistical working environment, experience working with the MS Office suite, and experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders would be beneficial.


     We are a dynamic and fast-paced company, and we are looking for individuals who are able to adapt to change and work effectively in a team.
