Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at The Career Wise Agency Ltd. As an ECO4 Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation and sales strategies.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have exceptional communication skills. You will work independently, using a provided walk list of eligible properties to engage potential customers and explain the benefits of the ECO4 & GBIS schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to qualify leads and schedule appointments for surveyors to confirm eligibility and arrange installations.
  • Explain the benefits of the ECO4 & GBIS schemes and address customer queries in a clear and concise manner.
  • Use a provided walk list to identify and target new business opportunities.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £24,000 per year (OTE £60,000), plus commission structure and flexibility to set your own hours. Our ideal candidate is a target-driven, motivated and strong communicator with excellent customer interaction skills.

Salary: £24,000 - £60,000 per year (based on performance)
