Job Description

The Key Account Manager will advise a team to achieve sales and customer engagement goals, while encouraging strong customer relationships and representing Hill's as a premium nutrition partner. The role requires conducting strategic negotiations and providing analytics to optimize brand performance, collaborating with internal teams for effective execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting the direction and owning the PAH cross-functional team to collectively deliver outstanding results and outstanding customer engagement with Pets at Home.
  • Achieving sales, shares, and 6P goals across the omnichannel universe.
  • Building outstanding customer relationships underpinned by consumer and customer-centric focus.
  • Owning and delivering analytics for the ecosystem to ensure a deep knowledge of category and brand performance.
  • Representing the company as the strategic partner of choice in premium small animal nutrition.
