Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southern UK region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical Aesthetics, dermatology, or related markets, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and grow the Aesthetics portfolio in the Southern UK region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales plans and forecasts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a medical science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a strong background in Medical Aesthetics, dermatology, or related markets.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
