Digital Transformation Consultant

About the Role
You will be working closely with a global team of Business Transformation consultants in the Business Services, Intelligent Automation team to support Go-to-Market teams primarily based in Europe and concentrate on the UK market. You will align with other Global Business Lines (GBL) / Application Business Lines (ABL) to build business opportunities for Intelligent Automation from Business Services.
As a Digital Transformation Consultant at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to work with various levels of clients, including VPs, Advisor Partners, Client Communities, and Capgemini Bid teams. Your ability to influence mid to senior business levels will be essential in driving revenue growth and expanding automation footprint across BSv & MU focused accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Meet Intelligent Automation revenue ambitions and priorities by identifying and expanding automation footprint across BSv & MU focused accounts.
- Landing and expanding Intelligent automation Project & Consulting (P&C) opportunities, building and developing multi-million contracts in Intelligent Automation portfolio.
- Understanding customer automation strategies and aligning proposals to bring in more business opportunities/pipeline to the region.
- Facilitating end-2-end process for Intelligent automation proposals from enquiry to RFP/RFI submissions and contracting process adhering to Capgemini IA solutions, delivery and governance processes.
- Working with Client Success Leaders (CSLs) to establish goals for their revenue performance, KPIs, and other measures of success, and providing coaching and training as needed.
- Managing need for CSL, Consultants, Project Managers, and Business Analysts (BA) per engagement request and Business Development need, and ensuring utilization target is met.
