Job Description:
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Carry out inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and trades to resolve defects efficiently.

Salary Range: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum based on experience.
