About the Role:
- Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility issues and provide assistance with daily living tasks.
- Promote mental and physical well-being through engaging activities and conversation.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment by reporting concerns and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to provide person-centered care.
- Familiarity with care plans and medication management.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use care software.
Salary and Benefits:
