We are seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Professional to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a childcare setting, with a focus on child protection and residential childcare. A UK driving license is also required for this role.

About the Role:

  • Meet the physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs of children consistently to a high standard.
  • Implement admission protocols to ensure a welcoming and informed environment, and engage children in developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Collaborate with staff members to develop a comprehensive understanding of children's behaviors and effective engagement.
