The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least one year of experience in a childcare setting, focusing on child protection and residential childcare. A UK driving license is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet the physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs of children consistently to a high standard.
  • Work closely with children to understand their wishes and feelings, developing a comprehensive understanding of their behaviors and effective engagement strategies.
  • Implement admission protocols to create a welcoming and informed environment for children.
  • Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities, promoting their health, education, and training needs.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
