Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care in Newark & Sherwood.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers, promoting their independence and dignity at all times. You will work closely with our customers and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that cater to their individual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient and naturally caring, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer, we would love to hear from you.

If you do not have experience, don't worry - we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply. We believe that anyone can make a difference in this rewarding career.

We offer competitive pay rates of £12.75-£26.50 per hour, 30p mileage allowance, and paid travel time. You will also receive ongoing training and support, flexible working arrangements, and access to our pension scheme and health and wellbeing benefits.
