As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to deliver exceptional care and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing personal care duties, such as assisting with daily living tasks and promoting customer health and well-being.
  2. Administering medication, as required.
  3. Manual handling, using equipment where necessary.
  4. Assisting customers with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring and compassionate nature. You will also need to be physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and other physical demands.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £12.75-£26.50 per hour, plus benefits, including paid travel time and 30p mileage allowance, 28 days' holiday pro rata, and ongoing training and support.
