**Job Overview**

This role is an exciting opportunity to join HC-One as a Care-at-Home Manager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home. As a leader in this field, you will play a crucial part in supporting staff members and ensuring the welfare of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Market and promote the home to maintain and increase its reputation within the area.
  • Increase occupancy and commercial business targets.
  • BUILD and maintain links within the community through engagement.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain health and safety and fire safety requirements.
  • Complete staff supervisions and appraisals to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care.
  • Be committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff.

**Requirements**

  • Leadership experience in a similar field.
  • Ability to promote a caring environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
