Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic leader to lead our growing function of regional marketers in EMEA and APAC. As the Vice President of International Marketing, you will develop and execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy that aligns with MongoDB's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy in EMEA and APAC that aligns with MongoDB's growth goals.
  • Partner closely with GTM leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and build effective marketing plans that meet/exceed pipeline goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure MongoDB's marketing strategies in EMEA and APAC are cutting-edge and effective.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in demand generation and revenue marketing in EMEA and APAC, focusing on technology, preferably within cloud, database, or AI sectors.
  • Experience scaling marketing operations in companies with revenue exceeding $5B.
  • Expertise in ABM and the entire ABM and enterprise Marketing tech stack.
