About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives across EMEA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative, multi-channel marketing programs that fuel revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and accelerate customer acquisition.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with both global and regional business objectives to deliver exceptional outcomes.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position based in EMEA, working closely with senior executives and regional commercial leaders to ensure alignment and drive the success of high-priority initiatives.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of region-specific marketing strategies that are fully aligned with global business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the SVP & General Manager EMEA and other senior commercial leaders to define and achieve high-impact go-to-market strategies and goals.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement programs.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring marketing-driven bookings and pipeline growth while maintaining program delivery within scope, on time, and on budget.
