Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent care to residents, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and supporting them in their roles.
- Work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and participate in regular audits to ensure quality standards are met.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and access to a company pension scheme.
