About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Supervisor to join our team at The Midland Hotel. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, including managing the night audit, balancing end-of-day accounts, and working closely with the Night Team to exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the night audit and balance end-of-day accounts
- Work closely with the Night Team to ensure the safety and security of the hotel and our guests
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, including responding to queries and resolving issues
- Assist with room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter to ensure guests enjoy a great meal from our Kitchen
- Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
