Ideal Candidate:

  1. Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night management role.
  2. Excellent Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  3. Strong Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  5. Safety and Security Knowledge: A good understanding of safety and security procedures, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  6. Flexibility: A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
