**Main Duties**
- Operate all CCTV equipment in accordance with Mitie and MCC codes of practice, all Legal requirements in relation to GDPR, RIPA and current Government and Security Industry legislation.
- Use radios, and telephones to provide pro-active and reactive monitoring of CCTV cameras to assist with the detection of crime, antisocial behaviour and to support the reduction of crime, disorder, and the fear of crime.
- Report to the Security Shift Manager - record, report and escalate all sightings and arrests on a regular basis.
- The CCTV Operator will demonstrate their character as determined, trustworthy, attentive and approachable at all times when welcoming clients and customers.
- The CCTV Operator will need to be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
- The CCTV Operator should be able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills is essential (written and verbal).
- Previous security experience is preferred but not essential.
- Flexible approach to work to suit the business needs.
- Calm under pressure.
- Understand the Health and Safety at Work Act, relevant Criminal, Civil Law and Police and Criminal Evidence Act.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous Security Experience
- SIA CCTV License
- SC Clearance desirable
