We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to become part of our busy Eurostar kitchen at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire. This kitchen provides high-end dining to private flights.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
- Ensure that all food is stored, labeled, and rotated correctly, including allergen information.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Assist with stock management, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard, using fresh, seasonal produce.
- Contribute ideas to menus and help to develop new dishes.
We are looking for someone with a real interest in food and learning, who is enthusiastic and willing to contribute to the team. Experience working in a fine dining setting is required.
The average working week is 45 hours over 5 days out of 7 days.
