About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Growth Division. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing operations strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing technology integration stacks and integrate various tools to optimize marketing efforts
  • Create and update processes for client data management and optimization, ensuring data efficiency and accuracy
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve client marketing initiatives using data analysis and insights
  • Manage our current data engineering platform and ensure data is accurately reported and analyzed
  • Setup and manage client reports, supporting our Growth Strategist with analysis and insights
  • Create customer journeys for clients and assess using event data to inform marketing strategies
  • Review and set up various CRM systems, with various tool integrations to optimize marketing efforts
  • Ideal candidate will have experience setting up Customer Data Platforms and product analytics tooling

Requirements
  • 5+ years of startup growth experience
  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing effective marketing operations
  • Worked with MarTech Stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, integration tools, data & reporting tools)
  • Managed a team
  • Strong meeting leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset (qualifications, history in data analysis)
Nice to Have
  • Customer Data Platform and product analytics set up capabilities
  • Experience running or managing growth experiments
