Our client base varies from early-stage startups pre/post funding to SMEs looking to rebrand and expand. We offer them a unique proposition - deploy a fractional marketer (from CMO to Growth Marketer, depending on the situation and need) part-time into your business, to learn it, become part of the team, form a marketing strategy and then see through its delivery.
You’ll likely be a creative mind who likes to use data to inform decisions. Ideal candidates will be seeking flexibility and trust within their role and want a company that cares greatly for their well-being and professional development.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on person who will work closely with our fractional marketers and be responsible for providing marketing execution, support and ideas on our client accounts. Initially, they’ll likely be supporting the wider team on client projects, however, over time they’ll start to own their projects and grow in a client-facing capacity. We work in a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, being able to use your initiative to execute briefs, and having the confidence to establish relationships with our clients.
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as content, referral, email, social media, offline marketing and more.
✍️Design creatives using tools such as Canva and CapCut to create static and video content.
Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and manage project timelines and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
You will learn a lot on the job, but experience in email marketing and social media is essential, with experience in digital and CRM-related marketing (referral, loyalty etc) being a plus.
Experience working within small businesses and startups is also a big plus, as is work within marketing agencies.
Able to travel for client and founder meetings across the UK, as required - we don’t anticipate this to be more than once a month.
