Growth Division is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team of expert marketers. As a specialist in direct outreach marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for clients using LinkedIn and email marketing
  • Work with our team to develop outbound marketing channels and validate scalable channels to market
  • Continuously run experiments and test new ideas to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Manage experiments and track results in our portal
  • Set up best-in-class tooling to support marketing efforts
  • Report back to clients on a monthly basis and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Be available for questions and tasks on our communication platform
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise
