Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager - Americas

The Senior Marketing Manager - Americas will play a key role in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the Americas region. This includes devising, implementing, and assessing the marketing strategy to deliver regional lead generation and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy to deliver regional lead generation and retention targets.
  • Undertake research on customers, markets, and competitors to identify potential areas to invest in.
  • Represent the interests of the region at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Work with third-party agencies to bring the strategy to life.
  • Manage the regional marketing budgets, in line with organisational policy and procedures.
Regional Marcomms:
  • Develop relationships with Preferred Partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations in the region.
  • Oversee and implement the planning and evaluation of all marcomms for the market.
  • Oversee and implement all regional comms and content development for owned digital channels.
  • Define marketing collateral requirements and manage production.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all CDE's attendance and speaking opportunities at external events.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Oversee the management of accurate databases for customers and prospects.
  • Develop and use up-to-date databases to build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Evaluate:
  • Supervise information gathering or the compilation of statistics pertinent to the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing plans.
  • Prepare and deliver reports outlining progress against Marketing & Business Development KPIs.
  • Ensure consistency across the region in developing pipelines/opportunities to be used in building Business Development forecasts.
  • Adapt plans based on market, company, customer insights, and evaluation.
Other:
  • Manage direct reports, ensuring regular performance reviews are carried out.
  • Adhere to CDE policy and practice.
  • Carry out any other duties within the reason and capability associated with this role.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience marketing in or to the Americas region.
  • More than 5 years of marketing experience at Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager level in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Demonstrable experience developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating best-in-class through-the-line marketing strategies.
  • Experience of dealer networks and demonstrable lead generation experience.

Desired criteria:

  • Digital marketing qualification or working towards a digital marketing qualification.
